I live near a four way light, but one of the roads is offset. Sure enough, a drunk continued straight through and took out a telephone pole where the road was supposed to be. Hood of the minivan hugged the pole, it was sheared off but didn't fall. Cops found the hiding in someone's bushes a couple of blocks away. You can't drive away after rapid engine removal, apparently.
So under full Republican control, the Republican controlled Senate can’t pass the Save America Act for election integrity, the House just passed a bill giving another $9 billion to Ukraine, Republicans are planning to merge our military with Israel’s military while Trump has us in another foreign war that’s costing $2 billion a day and has driven gas over $4.50, and not a single person has been held accountable for the pedo Epstein files.
My favorite quote from Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn: "The most terrifying force of death comes from the hands of men who wanted to be left alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know that the moment they fight back their lives as they have lived them are over. The moment the men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror, true terror will arrive at these people's door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy... but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the men who just wanted to be left alone."
The simple fact of this case is that the police thought Henry Nowak was a racist and that meant that they did not feel obligated to extend to him any form of human decency
They killed him because someone accused him of racism
What matters is what Trump actually does. If Trump continues this war—and allows Netanyahu to dictate the terms of U.S. policy in the region—then these alleged rebukes are just kayfabe for public consumption.
It’s all talk. Just withhold foreign aid to Israel for a month and they’ll stop bombing their neighbors - instant peace, the Strait of Hormuz can be opened, and gas drops $2 a gallon. Israel has been, and continues to be, the biggest welfare recipient from American tax payers.
