13 yrs since Fukushima meltdown in 2011, in 2012 NRC ordered Seabrook Station to consider flooding scenarios: somehow our coastal nuclear plant reported no flood risks! Rtes 1 & 1A under water at least 3x this year are the only roads out for many if there was a nuclear emergency.

Strike one, shame on you. Four strikes in 18 months, shame on the NRC - hold the plant accountable! The NRC should remember this when deciding on the plant's request to reduce their Radiological Emergency Plan staff. Saving money by reducing safety - never a good idea!

Lahaina wildfire survivors report "no alarms, no warning, nothing." Officials say sirens "were not activated during the fire though other alerts by phone and broadcast were". NRC confirmed that Seabrook Station wants to ditch the sirens and only use cell phone alerts. Bad idea?
