@MNWildWatcher @MikeGrinnell_ If you want an Yzerman specific example in the GM role check out the Jonathon Drouin situation. Took like 2 years and yes Yzerman buried his ass in the minors for a bit lol different player but Drouin was highly regarded at the time and never panned out.
