#gpn20 inspired me to do some work on #pixelflut again. I just got my hands on the latest and greatest in terms of AMD64 CPUs, a server sytem with 2x AMD EPYC Milan 7763. After some optimization work it can now do more than 600 Gbit/s pixelflut via localhost🤯

Spent the evening adding a fbdev frontend to shoreline. Now I can run a Pixelflut server on an EasyBox 904 xDSL (in glorious 320x240).

@awlnx Absolutely possible. You just need a VNC Client on that display. In our tests a Intel NUC works with for fps than a raspberry pi.
