@UberEats Help me understand. I paid for Priority Delivery, the delivery time kept getting pushed back, I was charged anyway, and support refused to address the Priority fee itself before closing the chat. If Priority isn’t honored, what exactly am I paying for?

@amazon please work with your customer service team on better ways to communicate bad news- telling your clients “don’t worry about the details ” when I’m finding out there’s a fraudulent claim in my name is not what a customer should hear.

Next time someone brings you a new idea or proposal, resist the temptation to point out its flaws, why it won't work, etc.
Instead, thank them for their initiative, their #creativity & desire to help.
When dealing with motivated #human beings, praise works best.

That’s a wrap #SHRM19! Ive said it once before, this conference is like a spa retreat for the HR soul. I leave today re-energized & better prepared to make an impact- bc as HR pros’s that’s what we do. “Powerful things are possible, when we as HR professionals come together”.
