The issue isn’t a lack of Doctors - there are GPs emailing me daily for jobs! The issue isn’t needing digital watches - it’s getting all on the same system so that there is continuity of care and smooth transitions across services.

#BBCLauraK @wesstreeting I run four practices, you said you’d remove the red tape and enable us to employ GPs. The ARRS GP role is the ultimate example of red tape and has meant I cannot employ a GP that I thought I would - because they qualified more than 2 years ago. Really?!
