@wesstreeting A clinical system that works across all aspects of health/social care. Less red tape so we can employ the staff we need in primary care (not the bullshit GP ARRS). Better regulation looking at health outcomes not paperwork and surveys. A long term GP plan so WE can plan!
The issue isn’t a lack of Doctors - there are GPs emailing me daily for jobs! The issue isn’t needing digital watches - it’s getting all on the same system so that there is continuity of care and smooth transitions across services.
@wesstreeting Come and speak to us Managers/Business owners in Primary Care. We need less bureaucracy, the issue isn’t simply lack of funding, it’s red tape and “pots” of retrospective money to bid for with no forward plan 1/2 #BBCLauraK
#BBCLauraK@wesstreeting I run four practices, you said you’d remove the red tape and enable us to employ GPs. The ARRS GP role is the ultimate example of red tape and has meant I cannot employ a GP that I thought I would - because they qualified more than 2 years ago. Really?!
#BBCLauraK@wesstreeting before we use digital watches can we simply make it so the clinical systems used by secondary and primary care integrate with each other?! Do you know it doesn’t?
