I purchased my vehicle on 13 June 2025. It met with an accident on 23 July 2025. What should have been a routine insurance repair has turned into nearly a year of harassment, negligence, and endless workshop visits.
My vehicle was first sent to Om Mahindra on 12 August 2025 and remained there for almost 6 months. Despite claiming approximately ₹7 lakh from the insurance company, the workshop failed to restore the vehicle properly. Following repeated complaints and escalations, Mahindra shifted the vehicle to Gomti Mahindra, where another 2 months were spent attempting to rectify the defects created during the initial repair.
Even after all this time, the problems did not end. Instead, new issues kept surfacing:
• Infotainment system failure immediately after delivery
• Missing dashboard/windshield fitment components
• Persistent roof thumping noise
• Steering still not properly aligned despite multiple calibrations
• Paint bubbling and peeling
• Multiple fitment and workmanship defects
It has now been almost 10 months since the accident and nearly 1 year since purchase. During this period, my vehicle has spent more time inside Mahindra workshops than on the road. I have paid EMIs of ₹37,500 every month, incurred substantial travel expenses, lost valuable business time, and suffered immense mental stress—all because Mahindra’s authorized workshops have repeatedly failed to repair the vehicle correctly.
What is most disappointing is not the accident itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. The vehicle has been inspected by multiple dealerships, multiple technical teams, and numerous customer care representatives. Every time I am assured that the issue has been resolved, another defect emerges.
A customer who spends lakhs on a vehicle should not have to spend an entire year chasing workshops for basic repair quality. After nearly a year, I am still driving a vehicle with unresolved issues arising from repairs performed by Mahindra’s own authorized service network.
I am publicly requesting Mahindra’s senior leadership to intervene and review this case in its entirety. No customer should have to endure such an experience after trusting the brand and its authorized workshops.
If this matter is not resolved conclusively and immediately, I will be compelled to pursue all available legal, consumer, and regulatory remedies.

It’s been almost 1 year since my accident and ever since the repair by Om Mahindra, I have been facing continuous issues. Multiple repair attempts have failed to permanently resolve them.
I will not pay a single rupee for further rectification. I request Mahindra to arrange an OEM-level inspection and permanent repair under direct supervision. I’m tired of repeated workshop visits and temporary fixes. I need a final resolution, not another trial-and-error repair.

Day before yesterday, the driver-side tyre started tearing on its own during air inflation. Yesterday, the co-driver’s side rear tyre went flat. I booked RSA service at 1:15 PM — it’s been over 2 hours, and no one has arrived at my location. @anandmahindra@MahindraScorpio
