WE DID IT! #AB1316 was defeated this morning! Enough assembly members realized the folly in attacking charter school students, families, and communities who need their nonclassroom-based schools!

@rdsathene yes, discrimination against any student and within any system must be remedied, but we can do that without closing down schools of literally thousands and thousands of students throughout our state. #ab1316 would cause that massive problem for families.
