I can’t say I find a lot of joy in medicine anymore… don’t get me wrong, I love my patients but I go home most days feeling so blah. I try really hard to find glimmers but like do I need to step away? Has anyone felt like this? How did you get over it?
A little bit of advice as you make your Peds rank list… pay attention to what rotations you will have to do at the end of third year. ESPECIALLY if you’re planning on doing fellowship. #pedsmatch25
Although expensive… Virginia has been on my list of potential places to live and it just moved to the top because NC nor PA did what they were supposed to do.
@Prettybrownn_16@b0mbchell_ I showed up to class one day… without the wig on 😂😂😂 I was so shamed. And I didn’t know how to braid my hair down properly so it was just two strand twisted.
Soooo my rear brakes were fixed right… but I’m kind of perplexed that after inspecting the actual tires… they didn’t put air in them. 😂😂 because they definitely need it. I can change a tire no problem… but putting air in it is always a struggle.
@Dr_mac2@NotSoLilMD Yeahhhh I looked back at what I paid last year and was like oh it’s almost the same lol. The back brakes were the biggest safety concern for now so that’s what we fixed. The front ones can wait a couple of weeks because it’s only the left front rotor that’s bad.
@NotSoLilMD I don’t get the whole concept of why I need both if only one is bad. Like it’s only my left front rotor. He said the front brake pads were fine. As they should be considering they are just over a year old. Smh. And I looked back and spent about the same amount last year lol.
@KeriCrewsonMD We agreed on doing the back brakes (they were scrubbing BAD lol) and I will do the front ones (alone with my free oil change thanks to the generous manager at Midas) in like 3 weeks.
