Central Avalon Ground Search and Rescue (CAGSAR) is a volunteer organization based in Holyrood, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Getting ready for a Staged Rescue of ATV Driver Through Ice at Worsley Park, C.B.S. The ice is actually very thick. So they’re cutting a hole for “the victim.”
