St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Highmore, SD, and the surrounding community, was hit hard last night from extreme wind damage.

These pictures depict sunlight shining through the split church roof reflecting directly onto the crucifix.

130+ MPH winds swept through the region on 6/29, destroying homes, businesses, barns, and crops. We are praying for those impacted — our friends in this rural ag community.

And in this dark hour, Jesus reminds us He is there alongside us through it all.
