Across rural communities nationwide, many kids lack access to specialized skills training. For these middle school girls, it's their first time experiencing strike zone training through V-Flex. The Front Toss Strike Recognition Trainer is a proven tool to increase swings at strikes and help players better understand the zone. When hitters chase bad pitches, swing flaws become much more noticeable—highlighting why strike zone discipline is so important to us. It's clear that these young athletes will have a much better chance at success when they learn to consistently swing at strikes.
