दिनांक 25.09.2026 को मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी श्री कृष्णा करुणेश् @CEONoida के निर्देशों के क्रम में नौएडा प्राधिकरण के वर्क सर्किल-10 एवं पुलिस विभाग की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा ग्राम गुलावली, खसरा संख्या-695 के अधिसूचित क्षेत्र में अवैध अतिक्रमण/अनाधिकृत निर्माण के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की गई।

कार्रवाई के दौरान लगभग 1,200 वर्ग मीटर भूमि को अतिक्रमण मुक्त कराया गया। प्राधिकरण की अधिसूचित भूमि पर किसी भी प्रकार के अवैध कब्जे अथवा अतिक्रमण को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

दिनांक 05-08-2026 को नौएडा प्राधिकरण द्वारा सैक्टर-41 अगाहपुर से सैक्टर-82 एनएसईजेड मेट्रो स्टेशन तक एलिवेटेड मार्ग पर आवागमन को और अधिक सुगम बनाने हेतु लूप रैंप निर्माण कार्य की प्रक्रिया को आगे बढ़ाया गया। लगभग ₹51.84 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाला यह रैंप परियोजना 7X सैक्टरो एवं आसपास के क्षेत्रों के लाखों नागरिकों को बेहतर यातायात सुविधा प्रदान करेगी।

लूप रैंप के निर्माण से दिल्ली, सैक्टर-76, दादरी, एक्सप्रेस-वे तथा सैक्टर-37 की ओर आने-जाने वाले वाहनों का आवागमन अधिक सुगम होगा। इससे यातायात का दबाव कम होने के साथ नागरिकों को सुरक्षित, तेज़ एवं सुविधाजनक आवागमन का लाभ मिलेगा।
