A complaint was registered (No. 15030471 dated 23rd August 2025). However, when I called they promise me to refund but it was informed that neither the amount would be refunded nor the pass could be shifted to the correct vehicle number.

It is highly irresponsible on the part of a government agency to deny resolution in such cases. Why should citizens suffer due to a technical lapse in the system, especially when the pass is activated without verifying whether the person is a valid holder?

I placed an order on the Zepto app whre the checkout screen clearly displayed zero delivery fee and no surge charges.However,the final invoice reflected unexpected additions like processing charges & handling fees, directly contradicting the pricing shown at the time of purchase
