@INCIndia@kharge First, please check the attendance records of the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, @RahulGandhi . The facts have been laid threadbare by the @AmitShah with respect to his involvement on motion of thanks to presidential address, budget discussions, and various critical bills.
@INCIndia@RahulGandhi Also, the mindset that the Christian missionaries and the madrasas can continue to do whatever they want & further their religious agendas after receiving foreign contributions will also not work anymore. It has to be a level playing field and that will happy.
@INCIndia@RahulGandhi I hope you understand that, at most, you can scream inside the parliament or stage a walkout. You cannot stop the bill as you don't have the majority, and in a democracy, the majority rules. Therefore, the bill will, either way, get passed. Continue doing your dramas.
@mygreentrends Your Ayanavaram branch on Konnur high road has only one male stylist at 10:45 am on a Sunday today. With 3 customers waiting. This cannot be level of service of a premium saloon brand knowing that Sunday is a peak business day - better staff planning is required.
There is an urgent necessity to make such laws gender neutral. Why are all laws focused on showing women as victims and men as perpetrators. Either enact a fresh law or amend existing law. 2/2 @DeepikaBhardwaj
@HMOIndia@AmitShahOffice we have a sexual harassment of women at workplace (prevention, prohibition, redress all) act, 2013 - why not similar legislation for men - Can’t men be sexually harasssed by women or fellow men colleagues 1/2
The new IT Act should not have been old wine in a new bottle. The bureaucrats sitting in CBDT and Finance Ministry missed on a golden chance to simplify law and weed out unnecessary provisions and complications. 6/6
@IncomeTaxIndia@FinMinIndia Section 277 of IT Act, 2025 corresponding to Section 145A of IT Act,1961 - has a wierd provision that "the valuation of purchase and sale of goods or services and valuation of inventory shall be adjusted to include any tax, duty, cess or fee" 1/6
Unnecessary complication, having a difference between accounting & tax in this context. Not in spirit of ease of doing business where businesses are required to re-work the impact on inclusion of GST in cost and tax auditor is required to comment in Clause 14A of Form 3CD. 5/6
@RailwayNorthern@RPF_INDIA@rpfnr_ lots of unreserved passengers have onboarded from Haridwar in S6 coach of train number 14342 - Mussoorie express. This coach is adjacent to the General coach and hence we as reserved passengers are facing issues.
Resulting in huge queue at billing counter
4. Credit card machine not working for past 4-5 days as per info provided. Only upi or cash. Not reflective of a multi chain retail outlet.
5. No sitting space being made available for 15 to 20 minutes. 2/2
@NagpurHaldirams the management of Outlet at New Delhi railway station is chaotic
1. Half the items in menu not available
2. maharaja thali not available at lunch time 1 pm. However the same items is being given in parcel.
3. Only one cashier at cash counter

The new law should have clarified ambiguities created by contradicting decisions of judiciary at various forums, kept it relevant by modifying limits etc, removed redundant filings in the spirit of #easeofdoingbusiness 3/3
@IncomeTaxIndia@FinMinIndia@nsitharaman@nsitharamanoffc Retaining the same limits of salary Rs. 25,000 per month in Section 80JJAA of IT Act 1961 w.r.t additional employment deduction- even in Section 146 of the IT Act 2025 is wierd. 1/3
The limit was modified last in FY 2018-19 and no revision thereafter. Some consideration of inflation index/cost of living would have been good and beneficial for businesses generating employment and increasing the wages to ensure better living condition of workers/employees. 2/3
It has also not given any cross-reference to the notification as a footnote or as a link. #easeofdoingbusiness has to start with simple and understandable law drafting. if professionals are going to find it difficult to comprehend, how would businesses and common man. 6/6
@MCA21India@nsitharaman@nsitharamanoffc@CCI_India Let me give you an example of complex law drafting, specifically in the context of the Competition Act. Section 5 provides the monetary thresholds with respect to the values which would be regarded as combinations. 1/6
While the CCI website contains the updated amounts in simple tabulation format for general information of the public, the MCA website, which lists the bare law, has not revised the amounts in Section 5 due to the aforesaid complex legal drafting. 5/6
