War ends with ideas by replacing it with virtue. Virtue is mercy. Mercy is a higher trait than courage or justice according to "Mercy: Humanity in War." Humans are free and virtue is individual.

Virtue is a martial phenomenon. Only those who study history could know.

Life involves surviving more than it does 50 years of pleasure, hedonism, sex, happiness.

Happiness is a freedom-thing. Existing in life without chains is sufficient for happiness because I am human and I am good.

Humans are always at war. We can choose to do as we please especially when theology, theocracy, and militarism are depleted. That absence requires virtue more than the other way around. War is a probability with regard to human freedom, different from military combat.

If we are free, we require virtue to govern ourselves. It starts with the soul. We need reality of history distinct from a reality of theological religions.

I was walking down the street in NYC and I passed a few men, construction workers, sitting on buckets eating their lunch. You don’t see many women in NYC sitting on buckets eating their lunch. That’s because the vast majority of those doing hard labor in the summer heat are men. Labor that builds our offices, fixes our roads, and makes all of our lives easier. Pleasure is not "in here." "In here" is work. Humans beings work. Pleasure does not come from a God. Pleasure comes from overcoming suffering. Together. Collegiately. Democratically. "In here" is suffering, a word different from dukkha-dukkha.

The American psychological metaphysics are off. This derives from a reality believing in evolution and historical connection with history because history is our psychological kaleidoscope and history is what humans are and where we came from. History is consciousness.

The axles of America spin on wealth, education and good looks.

We use theology, theocracy, and militarism to regulate morality and ethics.

Virtue is not important. Virtue does not play a role in our lives. If it did say Jackie Robinson or Benjamin Franklin, we do not worship those heroes. Virtue requires Aristotelian dynamics in the soul. The soul is in the "in here" in the stomach, chest, and head with its seat of in the heart. Without God, Zeus, or Dharma, the soul is all we have.

My definition of virtue since 1975 is mercy... a trait above courage and justice ("Mercy: Humanity in War"). Women's Studies ends military combat. Jesus (historically) ends war.

The Five Pillars of Democracy allows for virtue and is a science-based approach for justice.

In my opinion, women have emerged as a vital part to that solution whether they "always were" or "never were supposed to."

Instead of suffering theocratically to one's "master" or God or token idols,

Jesus "healed" people.

From the healing to the cross to the resurrection, that is the point of the religion. The miracles.

They say that Jesus was perfect.

However, what if we celebrated Jesus' virtue not his divine abilities?

Then, we could have world peace and become better Christians through living life richly, living like him, and trying to master our own lives for our own sakes and purposes.

The human condition is theocratic.

It is not virtuous. The American Founders thought people were not very virtuous. Our institutions were built for the unvirtuous.

Get the historical Jesus/Gospels Jesus continuum right and we could define virtue and be virtuous.

Just as easy as prayer used to be. Humans can always do as they please ... so download justice secularly without God, Zeus, or Dharma. My version is the Five Pillars of Democracy = {feminism, science, sport, atheism, environmentalism}.

Get Jesus right and we can build on becoming virtuous like it is second nature!

We need to create a new religion.
Based off scientific axioms not thousand year old theology. Humans require religion because we can annihilate each other, the planet, and other species.

Metaphysics -- the universe = cosmology, neuroscience, forestry, anthropology

Ritual -- Gender Studies = Women are the "joy of life," men can copy heroes from the past, women require Women's Studies, women are democratickness because Jesus' memories are fading in favor of women, having identities that are respected by scoiety

Ethics -- Five Pillars of Democracy = the historical Jesus was the first antiwar politician, in the humanities you go to the source for learning the idea and Jesus is the most virtuous human ever, humans need to become virtuous in their psychology over hedonistic, the soul is the "in here" because humans are our only energy, Jesus out dueled everyone and was perfect (militaristically not ethically) but we need to download him historically not theologically and use him for world peace efforts, accurately articulating what justice is

In America 2026, we have all the knowledge, data, information, and education for social change. Ancient Greece & Rome needed philosophers, we need politicians and people talking. World peace comes in this century or not at all. It comes from the humanities not social sciences or natural sciences. Our efforts may seem bleak because 3/4 the globe that is autocracy, has to do shitty jobs. However, human beings are good especially when their reality is not controlled by theology, theocracy, and militarism especially when that is considered divine law by history. Breaking that up is impossible. From Jesus --> Women, democracy is based on sacrificial love. The Universal City is all life is sacred, all humans have moral worth, and no person left behind. Jesus prescribed it, Lincoln instantiated in the 1863 Gettysburg Address, women instantiated it in 2000. The Universal City is the key to peace. Humans need to feel connected and it is a long term process but we, America, and the world lag behind in the humanities. The key to the humanities: we are supposed to disagree with each other than agree with each other. America is about difference not being the same because our Constitution and Declaration of Independence were forged in incredible diversity in the late 18th century. America is neutral to her own identity, that free people can govern themselves. Freedom from Mel Gibson in "Braveheart" or Frederick Douglass is worth sacrificing for and this sacrificial love is contagious as long as we are aware of our kinship with the cosmos, have unique identities that are respected by society, and live in just societies that realize the "inner" turbidity of humans when they are not free.

Assertiveness, pathos, charisma increases the sex.

While it is useful in politics and helps politicians win or marketers sell, is that good or bad?

Maximus from "Gladiator" lacked charisma. But he was military. Achilles from "Troy" had charisma.

Maximus was a better leader because he did not sacrifice men. Achilles was the better fighter because he did sacrifice other lives.

Even starting from the Trojan War, that time period is when humans became free from the land, physically attractive, and sexual. In democracies, sex matters. However, maybe Christianity was meant to regulate this but the "true Jesus" was lost in the fictitious "New Testament."
