यही फ़र्क़ है इस व्यवस्था का। सारी सुविधाएं, सहूलियतें और राहतें धन पशुओं के लिए हैं, ग़रीब-गुरबा के लिए नहीं।

बस पूछना है की कोई एक मिडिल क्लास व्यक्ति या गरीब व्यक्ति एक-दो महीने का सिर्फ EMI ही मिस कर दें,लाठी-डंडे-गाली के साथ उसके घर गुंडे बैंक वाले किस नियम से भेजते हैं? उनके लिए सरकार का प्रोटेक्शन कहाँ है? यह तबका भी टैक्स देता है! इस तबके को भी जीवन में दिक्कतें हो सकती है जैसे सु��ाष चंद्र जैसे बड़े लोगों की होती है! इन्हे ऐसा "बेल आउट" देने की कोई योजना क्यों नहीं है!
