@fitxkendall Have you tried the gratitude mile? When I ride/run long,hit a wall & need a distraction, I take the alphabet and for each letter, I list something I’m grateful for. "A=Anime B=Bike C=Comics, D=Disney” It distracts me and it's hard to feel like crap and grateful at the same time.

You have to be careful that the ladder of success that you are climbing so quickly is up against the right wall. I have found that it’s sometimes hard to realize this until you are at least half way up the ladder. There’s nothing wrong with climbing down and starting over.
