On a day that should be about honoring the courage and sacrifice of New York City’s firefighters, Tim will once again be forced to defend the rights he should have never lost in the first place.

Firefighter Tim Rivicci lost his job after refusing the COVID shot. He fought back and WON his back pay. 

But NYC is STILL fighting him and they are making him come to court on 9/11. Now he will miss his own firehouse’s 9/11 ceremony because of it.
