@MarkDavis He was tried under the wrong statute. The one he was tried under required him to be in care and custody of the kids, which he wasn't. There isn't a Texas law that applies here. They came to the right conclusion. He and every other cop that stood delayed entry are still cowards.
@RyanLores@TheJusticeDept@AndrettiGlobal@Cadillac the manner in which it was done and the extremely odd and arguably unprofessional way in which it was done calls into question who actually made the decision. Had they said, "we want you to wait until the next rule cycle," it would have been received much differently.
@RyanLores@TheJusticeDept@AndrettiGlobal@Cadillac Honestly, while Liberty may not be who actually said no, they are the financial owner and should account for whether they didn't or did not influence this decision. While I don't necessarily discount or disagree with Andretti being declined for 2025/2026...
@IndyCarChick@CrashGladys But the thing is that Mark is who brought ALL the innovation. The new chassis, the UAK18, the 2.4L Hybrid. It all stopped or was slowed by RP and team and Mark's independence was removed to the Penske Entertainment leadership. Mark doesn't steer the ship anymore. RP does.
@MikeyMcBryan@JetPhotos@flightradar24 Glad one got on. I stopped submitting when I had photos rejected and uploaded elsewhere and then had those photos stolen and uploaded by someone else and accepted. After that, I was done with them, even though they quickly changed the credit to me, it was the last straw.
@JTTsteve @OMD_SkyDog@Nomadic_OMD I spent many hours under the wing of that plane when Associated Air Center @ DAL started the flight test programme after completing the conversion. They had it and the Kuwaiti "Air Force 1" 747-8i finishing up about the same time. LOTS of fuel for those two, but tons of fun.
