Either way- for 2022 and all years prior - it was classified single family and now I've run out of time due to being a public servant.

Thanks for keeping us in mind if any solution comes to mind. The loan assistance only seems to go for people living on property vs lot, which we cannot afford to do yet.

I just do not understand how this is possible. 500% increase in one year, for less than 10% value increase.

We've been putting aside $100/mo for taxes, this requires more than $450/mo which we can not afford, with rent, lot loan, & debt payments.
I will submit another appeal with BOE, thank you for the reply

Denver PD said they knew Wyatt's is predatory, but can't/won't enforce the law

Had to pay to get car, we're still fighting the credit company. Our only recourse is small claims court, which is costly in money and time
