Not everyone raising this is anti-national. If a car is designed for E10, forcing it to use E20 is like making a 5-seater carry 10 people—possible, but unsafe. People's lived experiences and expert opinions both merit attention for safer mobility.

@theniyo my issue was eventually resolved the same day after the intervention by the social media team. However, the concern about the usage of card is still there. The timeline of 45 days to return the pre-authorized is unreasonable for every transaction.
@theniyo I have been raising a complaint with your team wrt Pre-auth amount charged to my account instead of amount actually billed to me by hotel. The Hotel has confirm me via email also shared the receipt. Still you CC wants 45 days to resolve the issue. The TL are unreasonable
