Summer might be a break from school, but itโs not a break from advocacy. CASA volunteers continue showing up for children in foster care: through the transitions, the heat, and the unknowns. Be the consistency a child needs this summer.

CASA volunteers help ensure every decision is made in the childโs best interest, with reunification always considered first. Learn how you can make a difference in a childโs life at https://t.co/00VJ5zLvlN. #ReunificationMonth#ChangeAChildsStory
At CASA, we believe children do best when they can safely remain with or return to their families, and when thatโs not possible, we advocate for the next best path to permanency.
Last year, 1,141 children served by CASA in Louisiana were reunified with their biological families. These reunifications represent not just numbers, but real stories of resilience, healing, and hope.
With guidance from CASA volunteers, many families are able to access the support they need to create safe, nurturing environments for their children to return home. Join us in celebrating National Reunification Month and help more families write their next chapter together.
CASA volunteers work to ensure youth have advocates who support their goals, encourage stability, and help connect them to critical resources as they transition into adulthood. Learn more at https://t.co/00VJ5zLvlN.
For youth aging out of foster care, turning 18 can come with uncertainty about housing, employment, education, and long-term support. Young people who leave foster care without permanent connections are at a greater risk for homelessness and unemployment.
Children in foster care need compassionate adults who are willing to speak up for their best interests. We're looking for dedicated volunteers to help advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect.
CASA volunteers advocate for youth during this critical stage of life, helping ensure they have access to resources, stability, and opportunities for the future. Become part of the difference by volunteering with CASA of the 18th JDC. Learn more at https://t.co/00VJ5zLvlN.
Every young person deserves guidance and support as they transition into adulthood. For youth aging out of foster care, having a trusted adult and strong support system can make all the difference in achieving long-term success.
CASA's core model is rooted in the belief that every child deserves a chance to reach their full potential. By advocating for their best interests in court, we strive to create positive outcomes for children in foster care, helping them build a brighter future beyond the system.
