PA CASA supports existing local programs through technical assistance and training. PA CASA also works to create a collective voice of CASA programs in Pennsylvania to advocate for more resources. This is essential to make strong programs even stronger.
Existing local programs are the biggest strength in the PA CASA network. CASA programs in Pennsylvania serve over 2,000 children each year and retain an average of 78% of their CASA volunteers annually.
