In honor of National Reunification Month celebrated in June, CASAofWC celebrates volunteers and service providers who work hard to identify family strengths to reunite separated families.
June is National Reunification Month โ a time to recognize the people and efforts around the country that help families stay together.
When children cannot remain safely in their home, placement with relatives and kin - both formally
through the child welfare system & informal through family arrangements - can increase stability, reduce trauma, & help children maintain a sense of family, belonging and identity.
Registration is encouraged but not required.
