A Indian post speed post is booked from Chennai to kheri. The worst part it travelled full route from Chennai to lucknow and sent back to Chennai but never reached Kheri the final destination. Raised the complaint and Indian post sent me the closure no action 😁

@airtelindia what is happening, broadband complaint not being resolved for 5 days. Not able to talk to any customer care executive, only revolving in IVR on #121 and #198. Very poor service.
