I love writing kit reviews for Cool of the Wild. It offers a much needed escape from academic writing and helps my confidence. No, it's not technical writing, but I am encouraged to write in my own voice, my own way and THAT is priceless โค๏ธ

Can we just clarify cross-contamination IS an issue. Not "might be". All coeliacs must avoid it whether they get symptoms or not. Long-term damage can be done if a strict gluten-free diet isn't adhered to. I'm not impressed by this response, nor for the lack of apology.
Today on ITV's @thismorning , coeliac disease was discussed during a phone in segment on the show. We are deeply concerned about the content and advice given to a caller attending a Christmas family event where all of the food will be gluten free to protect the health of a person with coeliac disease. We are actively following up with @ITV . You can read our open letter in the comments below, and will share any responses we receive.
In the meantime we ask you to contact This Morning to ask them to give an apology to our gluten free community on air for this damaging and inaccurate information, and to engage with Coeliac UK to ensure their information is accurate in future.
I will be looking for postdoc positions commencing next summer. If you hear of any suitable vacancies, please do let me know! #finalpush#phdchat#postdocjobs
