I purchased the fridge Vegetable tray from LG website and when open the box the same shows full break tray and when I lodge the complain but till yet not replace

Diagnosis is Hernia and TPA said that this is limit only can company will explain and give me the PPN chart as i move to IRDAI ombudsam

Booked one courier on 02/08/2023 at Kolkata through Air but the same has not yet been delivered whenever I call executive talked with me very rudely and said we have so many works , we are not here for you, this is very bad experience
