Company approved on 01.04.2026, yet status still shows "Approved–Pending for PAN/TAN allocation".
No PAN, no TAN, no COI — incorporation stuck.
Is this really Ease of Doing Business?

🚨 Compliance Alert | MCA Filings
Missing the 31st December 2025 deadline can cost companies ₹9,600 overnight.
If AOC-4 and MGT-7 / MGT-7A are not filed by 31-12-2025, then late fees become applicable from the morning of 01 January 2026 — ₹6,300 for AOC-4 and ₹3,300 for MGT-7 / 7A (assuming AGM held on 30 September 2025).
Despite persistent MCA portal challenges, professionals are still expected to ensure timely compliance.
In reality, the much-discussed ease of doing business is often sustained by practitioners working day and night to safeguard clients from avoidable penal consequences.
Plan early. Don’t wait for the last day.

MCA V3 filing upto 31st December is possible...
GSTR-9 & 9C filings upto 31st December are possible...
Belated & Revised ITR filings upto 31st December are possible...
But all of these tasks are NOT POSSIBLE if PORTALS DON'T FUNCTION!! 🤡
Due date extension is a necessity and not a demand right now!
Fix your portals @MCA21India@FinMinIndia so every professional can complete filings at any hour of the day! 🙏🏻
We are well within the due date, yet the MCA portal is not working.
Almost all professionals are facing the same issue.
Still no improvement.
How can we move towards Ease of Doing Business if system failures persist?
@HelpdeskMCA21V3@MCA21India
Due dates were extended till 31st December because issues existed.
Then how the issues still exist even after the extension.
Let say, Office time is 10:00 AM. If someone reaches at 9:50 AM and the attendance machine isn’t working, should they now start coming at 9:00 AM? Or should the machine be fixed?
We are within due dates.
MCA website issue is not minor. It’s structural
This is not an expertise issue. It’s a portal downtime/system failure, confirmed by multiple professionals. The solution lies with MCA fixing the system, not individual workarounds.
Kindly let us know which level of expertise converts a non-working portal into a working one. Asking for all professionals facing the same issue.
MCA Portal not working properly during daytime. Tried again at 00:04 hrs (night) — still unable to log in.
Is there any secret timing to use this portal, or should professionals stop sleeping altogether?
When forms miss deadlines due to system failure, who answers clients — CA or MCA?
We are NOT asking for extensions.
We are only asking for a smoothly functioning website to meet statutory timelines.
Stop penalising professionals for your technical incompetence.
Please clarify:
1️⃣ Are there any other working hours to use this so-called “robust” system?
2️⃣ What are professionals supposed to tell clients when forms aren’t submitted despite best efforts?

High-value Income Tax refunds for AY 2025-26 are taking longer this year — and there’s a reason behind it! Know why your refund may be delayed and what you can do to speed things up in a Questions & Answers format 👇.
This year, several high-value refunds have been delayed due to additional scrutiny by the Income Tax Department. Additionally, the ITR forms were released late. Some taxpayers who filed their ITR as late as July 2025 are still awaiting their refunds.
Q1: Why are large-value refunds delayed?
A: The Income Tax Department is conducting enhanced scrutiny for high-value refund claims. Several returns appeared unusual, prompting deeper verification before release.
Q2: What triggered these checks?
A: The department has detected:
• Incorrect or inflated deductions
• Calculation or reporting errors
• Refunds inconsistent with the taxpayer’s financial profile
Such cases are automatically red-flagged by the system.
Q3: Are all refunds delayed?
A: No. Low-value refunds are being processed quickly. Only high-value or flagged returns require detailed analysis by the department.
Q4: When can I expect my refund?
A: CBDT expects the remaining refunds to be issued by the end of December 2025.
Q5: What should I do now?
A:
✔️Validate your bank account on the Income Tax portal
✔️Re-check your ITR details for mismatches or pending responses
✔️Respond promptly to any notices from the Income Tax Department
Q6: Does the delay mean my refund will be rejected?
A: Not necessarily. Delays are often due to verification and system red-flags. Most refunds are cleared after checks if the ITR is accurate.
Q7: Can I track the status of my refund?
A: Yes. You can track your refund on the Income Tax e-Filing portal:
Go to Services → Know your Refund Status
Or, go to E-File → Income Tax Returns → View Filed Returns
This will show the real-time status of your ITR processing.
Q8: Will filing a rectification or revised ITR help speed up the refund?
A: Only if there is a genuine error in your ITR. Filing unnecessary revisions may further delay processing.
Q9: Are there specific deductions or sections that often trigger delays?
A: Large claims under 80C, 80D, HRA, or home loan interest deductions sometimes trigger additional scrutiny. Ensure documentation is accurate if requested by the department.
Q10: What happens if my bank account is not validated?
A: Refunds cannot be credited to unvalidated accounts. Always ensure your account is verified on the portal to avoid rejection or further delays.
“Don’t worry — stay vigilant, ensure your details are accurate, and track your refund regularly. Most pending high-value refunds are expected to be credited by the end of December 2025, and all will be processed smoothly.”😀
