@IncomeTaxIndia the new Traces portal is the worst yet. Login page fails multiple times & when you are finally able to go to Compliance under old Income Tax Act it says session expired. Cant tell how many times i have put captcha on login page and whats the obsession for 0 & O

@IncomeTaxIndia after much effort finally able to login and reach the stage to file TDS return, trying to click on Proceed to E-Verify but nothing happens. Please fix this. #incometax

The login page is designed so thoughtfully that even when you are already logged in, the login box never disappears. And can you access the data? You wish! Logging in Income Tax and getting work done is so stressful. @IncomeTaxIndia @Infosys

@Infosys is by far the worst service provider to @IncomeTaxIndia the site is what 4 years old? Still never it has worked on full capacity. The login dashboard for TDS login has been constantly the "no access" guy and no one bothers to fix it. Just amazing work!!

@IncomeTaxIndia cleared cache, cleared history still cannot login. TDS returns due date is on 4 days. The site should be able to handle the load. How will it survive the July season?
