@FABConnects You should pay monthly allowance to your customers for bearing with your call center virtual assistant. It is not at all Intelligent rather it is so stupid that it does not understand very common words. I suggest you to go back to press 1,2..system along with humans.
@policybazaar, it is important to inform customers during the insurance sales process that @BupaNiva does not provide a direct email address for support. Instead, customers must struggle with their portal for help. I regret purchasing their policy due to this inconvenience.

@NivaBupaSupport We have provided all available documents for my brother's health claim but again got an email with a nonsense list of requirements for which response or documents already submitted. There is no email address to connect with your team, everything is portal based.
Considering my own insurance policy with @NivaBupaSupport. The absence of a direct email for communication is concerning, as all interactions are portal-based.
