Shameful customer experience from Swiggy Instamart.
My friend ordered a Hard Disk on 23 Feb 2026, but when he tried to use it, the product turned out to be completely defective and non-functional.
Despite sharing screenshots and proof, there has been no proper resolution.

I am travelling in Awadh Assam Express with my family and one of my ticket is in RAC. The coach attender has told me he will only provide one pillow to the RAC not two. It is justified?? where as in every train whenever i have travelled RAC two pillows are provided to the RAC tkt
