It’s my birthday today.
But this post is not about me.
It’s about you—and what you’re doing with the time you’ve been given.

Because let me be honest with you:
Nothing changes with age.

Every year I live, one truth gets louder:

You don’t get what you deserve.
You get what you demand from life.

And most people are still waiting for permission.
Waiting for the economy to improve.
Waiting for more motivation.
Waiting for their friends to “get it.”

But the truth is…

Time doesn’t slow down until you catch up.
It keeps running.
And so must you.

Today I’m not just celebrating another year.
I’m celebrating everything that once tried to break me… and failed.
Every time I wanted to quit but showed up anyway.
Every day I chose discipline over distractions.

Because THAT is the real gift.

Not the cake.
Not the wishes.
Not the comments.
But the fact that I get to wake up with purpose—and help others unlock theirs.

So if you’ve been playing small, waiting for the “perfect time”...

This is your sign:
You don’t need a new birthday.
You need a new standard.

Raise it.
Protect it.
Live like your story is worth writing—because it is.

Some people will read this and drop “HBD.”
Some will scroll past and forget by tonight.

A few will take this energy… and run with it.
