Post covid complications, transport issue , some cities under lockdown , some students under containment zone are not covered under opt out.

Last attempters will loose opportunity if they face any problem.

Justice Khanwilkar: You are appearing before a Bench out of which two have had personal experience of COVID. There is the fatigue factor. It was horrible. You cannot expect a CA candidate to function fully and study then.
