@LGUS@LGUSSupport Anyone wishing to buy a TV from LG, I recommend against it. Brand new $1,300 TV, under warranty, and they won't replace a port that detached from the housing of the TV... something I didn't even know could happen, but they somehow managed to screw up.
@LGUSSupport Or the text of the BBB complaint. Or eight hours of chat logs with your agents. Or to the tech you had me call because you guys don't even do your own support.
@LGUSSupport@LGUSSupport Time for my daily posts to let people know to stay away from your company. And don't ask me to contact via DM for support. Here's where we got the last time I did. I encourage all consumers to find a company that stands behind their products.
@LGUSSupport@LGUS Support still sucking today? Yeah, figured.
By the way, your time to respond to the BBB complaint is nearly up. Might want to get on that.
@LGUSSupport If you're going to direct customers to work with you via DM, you might want to make sure they haven't already done so first. Of course, you don't care about your customers, so why bother?
@LGUS Product question: why does your company make OLED TVs with defective HDMI ports and not support them while still under warranty?
(Oh and if you're going to say send you a DM, already did. Multiple times. So don't bother.)

Just another reminder to all potential LG customers that the company doesn't back their products, even premium ones that are the most expensive available of their type/size. Avoid LG if you value your money. See previous comments for details. More to come.
@kmtbella@LGUSSupport I know your pain. Their support is horrendous. Similar story for me, with a new TV. 8 hours of talking and chatting and still nothing. I filed a BBB complaint, and recommend you do as well.

@LGUSSupport Don't buy their TVs. Yes, the OLEDs look good, but the support is awful. There are other choices. Expect that any defects will be ignored by LG, and their quality control is horrendous. Two TVs, C2 became useless and C4 lost a port. Physically. Didn't even know it was possible.
