İberia lost my daughters bag and still could nOt figure out where it is in Madrid Airport. @iberia_en This is the second day. I memorized typing their ref number BIOIB22635 only to see that they’re still looking for it. Here is a pic. Help pls!

And I talked to someone at @Iberia_en @Iberia she was nice, but told me she could not do much about it. All they say “we still cannot find it”. A good company should have a better answer!
