@Delta you are the worse! My husband’s flight out of Reagan was delayed, than cancelled and you’ve put him on a flight TOMMORROW NIGHT. UNACCEPTABLE. What’s he supposed to do for 24 hours with his medical condition. Epic fail.

AND, his tomorrow flight is 5 HOURS LONG due to rerouting and layover. If you can’t use the Delta app (as he is unfamiliar with it) at the first sign of trouble, Delta will happily screw you. I did not pay for this kind of flight so expect a refund.

@UPS So, I started working here today-without pay- due to a package misdelivered to me. Tried chat, logged into my account, asked it to be picked up but they have to have both addresses, zip code, phone, tracking over & over. Still waiting for response. Or porch pirate. SAD.
