@united 1/2 paid extra for an cross country flight to be seated with my wife. We were rerouted because of weather. When we landed for our connecting flight, my wife and I aren’t sitting by each other. We spoke to 2 agents at the gate, the virtual rebooking agent who said

@united 2/2 “I can’t help with things I wasn’t a part of, I’m not customer service.” 8 of our friends were paired with their spouse. We weren’t. We were the first to reroute. My worst @FlyFrontier experience was not this bad.

@MaxDixxon I’ve heard Doug Ute speak on this a few times. They feel like it’s a balance with the location of other finals. The big one being football at the HOF. I do miss it being in Columbus.
