Arlen Yessenia Vivas Perez, the Nicaraguan national who ran a stop sign and kiIIed 76-year-old veteran John Gregory Grace, will face 0 prison time.

John’s step-daughter tells me she was just informed by the prosecutor’s office that Perez received a $250 traffic citation and that’s it. No jail. For kiIIing an elderly man out on his morning walk.

John’s step-daughter gave me this statement on the news: “I never expected my family to be hit so tragically and so deeply by what so many other Americans are already living through. This is the cost of the great invasion of America. A government’s first duty is to its own citizens: secure the border, enforce the law, and put Americans first. That duty is written into the Constitution and the laws of this country. When someone breaks those laws and an American is harmed or killed, the people responsible should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. When that order is reversed, citizens reasonably conclude the system no longer represents them.”

She shared this image with me of John and her mom. John was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and patriot who put his life on the line to protect our country.

Who would believe this is a public classroom in deep-red Texas?

Look at the photo. Desks shoved aside. Boys on the floor in a prayer line. Girls in hijab seated behind them. That is sharia seating in a taxpayer classroom: boys in front, girls in back. The classroom turned into a MOSQUE!

The Muslim Student Association was founded in 1963 by Muslim Brotherhood organizers. The 1991 Explanatory Memorandum - later used as evidence in the Holy Land Foundation case - listed MSA among “our organizations” and described the work as “a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within.”

They already captured the colleges.

They already got your voucher money into Islamic schools.

Now they want the public high school.

If Texas will not stop this, no blue state will.

A mom fighting CANCER about to start chemo, is now also fighting to get her son's dog back...

...because the "temporary" dog sitter she trusted, is allegedly REFUSING to return her dog to her.

A family handed their puppy to a sitter for a little while during the hardest season of their lives... and says they haven't gotten her back since.

Her name is Hanna Bustos, she's a Miami mother of five and she is preparing to undergo chemotherapy.

During all of that, she needed help caring for the family's 1-year-old poodle, Lucy.

She hired a boarder, even one who came "highly recommended."

Lucy was a gift for Hanna's 14-year-old son.

Now, this mom says, the sitter simply won't give her back.

Her reason, according to Hanna?

That she "was not willing to remove Lucy from her pack."

Her exact words were:

"I am not giving you your dog back, I am not giving her up and she's staying with her pack."
