@Countryside_PS we reported on 28/09/22 that 2 of our 3 toilets weren't working. E Plan came out on the 7/10/22 and promised to order parts. Nearly two months later and we still only have 1 fully functional toilet despite repeated requests to customer services. Unacceptable
