@rjchoppy DFW Population center is shifting. Love AAC, but getting downtown is a massive undertaking for anyone outisde 635. Traffic everywhere but anyone saying traf into downtown from north Dallas & Denton/Collin/Tarrant counties is better than what’s at this site isn’t being objective.

@Christhedude94 Zoom out and look at the entire Dallas media area… it’s market… because the power of the market is what makes the economics work… not just the city. Plot the growth on a map. Where is it? If you are making a capital investment why wouldn’t you move to be more central to it?
