#OnThisDay we handed over the complete Design and Build of a new Residential Care Home in #Cardonald, #Glasgow.

The 70 bed facility comprises of communal sitting and dining areas, shop, cinema room and a hairdressing salon for residents to use and enjoy.

The #Merrylee Campus accommodates for 550 children overall and includes 12 large class rooms, two pre-school nursery classes, open plan library and large sports hall for use.

On this project, CBC built a new gym hall, added three additional fitness studios, upgraded changing and toilet facilities and a new and upgraded cafe area.

CBC's calendar star of the month is our project to #repair, #restore and #refurbish the home of the @RSPBAHQ.

After falling victim to a severe fire, the building required CBC's expertise in stone #conservation, with much of the exterior requiring repairs and repointing.
