Alongside His Excellency Léopold Bompese Lofemba, Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the Kingdom of Sweden, the DCN, and other organizations working for the future of Congo.
Today in Oslo 🇳🇴, we participated in the launch of Caritas Norway’s new report on strengthening locally led humanitarian action.
It was a great initiative and an important opportunity for learning and exchange around the challenges, partnerships, and perspectives of local NGOs.

📚 National Education Day in the DRC
Nearly 23 million people in the Democratic Republic of the Congo are unable to read or write.
On this National Education Day, Congo Bridge Council reaffirms its strong commitment to education — a fundamental pillar for building a better future

Congo Bridge Council Team was in Kongo Central, empowering young people for a brighter future.

The Congo Bridge Council team visited a maternity center in Kinshasa to listen to the challenges women face after childbirth.
The team took time to engage, raise awareness about our mission, and provide small packages of essential supplies to mothers and pregnant women.
On March 4, 2026, we launched a donation campaign across Norway, Sweden, France, Turkey, Canada, Cyprus, and Belgium to collect used items in good condition and send them to #congo
What started as a simple initiative has become a powerful movement of solidarity.
