Up for discussion: Let's stay inside where it's warm. Give us your best binge-watching suggestions for this first cold snap of the year. What should we stream tonight?
I'll be talking about some @CanPodAwards winners on @CBCRadioActive shortly after 5:40pm. Listen live if you want to hear where I'd recommend starting in the big pile of fabulous pods: https://t.co/VfSSDpRctp
Thanks @CBCRadioActive for hosting us last week! 🎙️
What a fantastic opportunity for Edmontonians to learn more about #RareDisease, the diagnostic odyssey, and the work we're doing to make life easier for Canadians with a RD.

Up for discussion today: What's the best thing you've ever won? Or maybe you're holding out for the $2-billion record lottery jackpot in the U.S. tonight...
Tune in to CBC Edmonton's @CBCRadioActive today at 5:05 p.m. MST when I will be talking about the Nov. 15, 1942 blizzard that hit Edmonton, dumping 39.9 cm of snow and grinding the entire city to a halt.
Did you ever learn a second (or third, or fourth) language? Did you master it? (or has high school French faded alongside trigonometry)
Today we're sharing language learning stories with @MinDhariwal and @kdawson70 on the show.
Tell us yours!
@CBCRadioActive@MinDhariwal@staceybrotzel Earl’s original guacamole. I was a cook there many moons ago and made it enough times that it’s permanently etched into my head. I’ve tweaked it to suit my personal tastes but it’s solid. Cumin is what takes it up a notch IMO.
Today we're talking tried and true recipes. What is your go to, and where did you find it?
Shawny texted us this picture of some well loved recipe pages(?) they've had for years. (You can serve us up some French Fried Onion Rings for SURE).
Whats your go to #yeg?
@staceybrotzel@CBCRadioActive Almost 30 years ago we compiled a family cookbook with favorite recipes from my grandmas, aunts, siblings, etc. Because they are favorites they are recipes you can rely on to work every time. It's a treasure now because several of the contributors have now passed away.
