@VanMoof My bike arrived and never worked. Customer support is awful. Can only chat on web, no calls. They sent subpar packing materials to so I could send it back. It has been a disaster. Do not buy a bike from this company.
How does @VanMoof think that is okay? Then i spent two hours on a chat because customer support is slammed because of all the problems the bikes have. Bottom line - do not buy a bike from @VanMoof
I bought a @VanMoof bike for my wife. It was cold when we got it so she didnt ride it for a few months. When she went to ride it. It didnt work. We got an error message. So i had to send the bike back.
@VanMoof sent a flimsy box and two broken pieces of styrofoam. Im thinking to myself this bike is going to get messed up in shipping because of the bad materials.
So I was on with @VanMoof customer service chat because you cannot talk to anyone on the phone. Its not an option. They said they would refund me minus $200 for shipping! What?! I get nothing AND Im out $200?!
So a week later the bike comes back to me in the same beat up box. Same tape and everything. Because it looked like they never opened it, and because I never received communication that they received the bike and fixed it I refused delivery.
So I sent the bike back using the subpar materials. I never received confirmation from @VanMoof that they received the bike or that they had fixed the bike and sent it back to me.
