Paul McCartney joined Stephen Colbert's band on trumpet for "When the Saints Go Marching In" during the final episode of The Late Show.
Per Jon Lampley: "One of the many surreal last moments on the stage of the Ed Sullivan theater. Sir Paul McCartney told me during our rehearsal that his father bought him a horn when he was young and he worked out how to play 'When The Saints Go Marching In.' I asked if he still had it and offered my horn and the rest is literal history."
