Indianapolis CBP seized a shipment containing 57 counterfeit Cartier gold Love Bracelets. The jewelry infringed upon registered trademarks, and were from a shipper with an extensive history of shipping counterfeit items. If real, the bracelets would’ve had a MSRP of $419K.

A total of 45 designer watches, necklaces, bracelets and earrings with names like Tory Burch, Rolex, LV watch, Hermes, Fendi, Chanel, Gucci, Van Cleef & Arpels, Dior, Versace were seized by Cincinnati CBP. These counterfeits were all in 1 shipment, & if real, the MSRP was $309K.
A shipment manifested as “BED SHEET AND DUVET COVER SILK” actually were 280 Louis Vuitton wallets, 4 Goyard wallets, 590 Yves Saint Laurent wallets & 200 Christian Dior wallets. Louisville CBP seized the counterfeits for violating trademark laws. If real the MSRP would be $583K.
Audemars, Breitling, Cartier, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, & Rolex watches were seized by CBP officers in Indianapolis. CBP inspected the shipment, found the fakes, & seized them for infringing on registered trademarks. Had they been real, the MSRP fwould’ve been over $1M
At O’Hare’s Agriculture Secondary a traveler declared they had a plethora of fresh fruits: 250 passion fruits, 12 mangoes, 145 small bananas, and 81 tree tomatoes found in several checked suitcases. The U.S. citizen was returning from Rwanda. The items were seized and destroyed.
A resident in CT felt is was important to order 21 watches from a distributor in Hong Kong, & not just any watches, they were Cartier & Rolex. Indianapolis CBP saw how many errors were present and confirmed they were counterfeit. If real, these watches would’ve been worth $387K.
Cincinnati CBP seized a shipment w/ several items violating trademarks of designer brands. Officers seized 18 LV bracelets, 6 Chanel bracelets, 4 Van Cleef bracelets, 4 Dior bracelets, 8 Gucci bracelets, 6 Hermes bracelets & 6 Versace bracelets. If real, the MSRP was $130K.
Even counterfeiters want to make sure you are brushing your teeth. Chicago CBP seized 4,379 Oral-B toothbrush replacement heads. CBP officers determined these were foreign-made products bearing genuine trademarks but not authorized for sale in the U.S. MSRP, if real, over $188K.
Louisville CBP found a trove of fake Louis Vuitton Round Coin Purses; 61 to be exact. The shipment from China was headed to a residence in GA. The brown & white LV purses, if real, had a MSRP over $224K. This coming Mother’s Day make sure you’re not buying your mom a knock-off.
CBP Indianapolis inspected a shipment heading to Brooklyn & found 3 Vacheron Constantin watches. These cheap knock-offs were poorly made & the faces of each watch appeared to be printed out of focus. An Import Specialist determined they were counterfeit & officers seized them.
$500K for a designer watch, too bad it’s fake! Cincinnati CBP stopped a package from Indonesia enroute to Delaware & discovered what appeared to be a diamond covered Patek Philippe watch. The knock-off was determined to violate Patek Philippe trademarks & was seized by CBP.
Louisville CBP recently stopped a shipment containing 37 pieces of designer jewelry: 16 Cartier bracelets, 7 Hermes bracelets, & 14 Tiffany & Co necklaces. As a consumer do your homework & make sure you buy from a reputable seller. If genuine these items had a MSRP of over $412K.

600 Louis Vuitton bracelets come with a very high price tag. Louisville CBP seized these bracelets for trademark violation. The shipment arriving from Hong Kong was heading to a residence in Florida. The bracelets, if genuine, would have had a MSRP of $4.5 million. Buyer Beware!
A shipment from Ghana heading to Indianapolis was manifested as fake bracelets. When Cincinnati CBP examined the package, they didn’t exactly find bracelets they found 16 designer watches that violated protected trademarks. If real, these watches would’ve been worth over $300K.
At O’Hare last week, a passenger from Liberia was referred to AG Secondary to have their bags x-rayed. Some anomalies were identified & AG Specialists examined the luggage & found over 2lbs of porcupine meat. The meat was denied entry due to human health concerns & destroyed.
A passenger from Congo believed the food they were bringing was fine; it was not. In the passenger’s suitcase O’Hare Agriculture Specialists found 11lbs of beans w/ pests, 17lbs of unknown plants, & 4lbs of nonhuman primate meat. These items are prohibited, seized, & destroyed.
