I hope you joined me today in taking a moment to honor our brave warriors, our Greatest Generation who fought and defeated Nazism. I also spent time remembering the horrors of tyranny by visiting the US Holocaust Memorial Museum. The world is better when we stand for freedom.

Thank you to the @foxandfriends team for having me on this morning to discuss our critical needs to secure our border. We need investments in wall, infrastructure, tech and agents, and legislative action to close exploited loopholes in our laws.

Today, I am spending time hosting a delegation of Panamanian immigration officials in our El Paso Sector. Our security is directly related to that of our partners across the Western Hemisphere. We have a great relationship with Panama and it is only getting stronger.

After a #CBP muster with USBP, OFO and AMO, I did an aerial tour of our Del Rio Sector border region and stopped through one of our checkpoints. I was honored to spend the day with so many of our brave men and women working to secure our border.

Today, I join millions of Americans in remembering and honoring all who have given the ultimate sacrifice defending our nation. CBP is also proud of our Veterans, this weekend I was proud to join a team of our Veterans Support Program as we celebrated the USBP 94th birthday.

Tonight at the Tecolotes baseball game, we are honoring fallen agents and their families. I am very proud and humbled to be with families and loved ones of agents who gave the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the USBP.
