CBSE नेतृत्��� की इस अचानक विदाई और CBSE के On Screen Marking (OSM) सिस्टम की procurement प्रक्रिया की जांच के लिए एक सदस्यीय आयोग के गठन से यह साबित होता है कि अनियमितताएं हुई थीं। यह Gen Z छात्रों की सूझबूझ और स्किल का प्रमाण है -जिन्होंने इस स्कैंडल को ऑनलाइन एक्सपोज किया और आज दिग्विजय सिंह की ��ध्यक्षता वाली शिक्षा संबंधी संसदीय स्थायी समिति के सामने भी अपना पक्ष रखा।

आज की कार्रवाई, जिसे स्पष्ट रूप से शिक्षा संबंधी संसदीय स्थायी समिति की CBSE बोर्ड के साथ बैठक के बाद समयबद्ध तरीके से किया गया, राजनीतिक नेतृत्व के बजाय नौकरशाहों पर जवाबदेही तय कर ध्यान भटकाने की कोशिश है। यह याद रखा जाना चाहिए कि CBSE चेयरपर्सन राहुल सिंह को नवंबर 2025 में ही कैबिनेट कमेटी ऑन अपॉइंटमेंट्स द्वारा दो वर्ष का सेवा विस्तार दिया गया था।

मंत्री प्रधान एक बेहद भ्रष्ट, अक्षम और नाकाबिल इकोसिस्टम की अगुवाई कर रहे हैं, जिसने लाखों युवाओं के जीवन के साथ खिलवाड़ किया है। उन्हें तुरंत इस्तीफा दे देना चाहिए।

अधिकारियों को हटा दिया। मंत्री को बचा लिया।

यह जवाबदेही नहीं - यह cover-up है।

हमारी माँग आज भी वही है: शिक्षा मंत्री को बर्ख़ास्त किया जाए और स्वतंत्र न्यायिक जाँच हो - ये मांगें कोई मोदी सरकार की एक महीने पुरानी अंदरूनी फ़ाइल नहीं जो यूं ही भुला दी जाए।

अगर प्रधानमंत्री क�� 18.5 लाख CBSE छात्रों की परवाह होती - धर्मेंद्र प्रधान जी कब के हटाए जा चुके होते।

चार परीक्षाएँ। एक करोड़ बच्चे। एक भी ईमानदारी से नहीं हो पाई।

दावे "विश्वगुरु" के, मगर देश में एक परीक्षा नहीं करवा सकते - मोदी जी ने पूरी शिक्षा व्यवस्था तबाह कर दी है।

जिस पीढ़ी का भविष्य आप बर्बाद कर रहे हैं - वही पीढ़ी आपका हिसाब करेगी।

CBSE’s May 2025 tender required answer sheets to be scanned with automatic robotic scanners, spines preserved, at a minimum of 300 DPI.

The tender re-issued in August quietly removed all of it. “Scanners” became generic. Resolution dropped to 200 DPI.

Now we know what that meant in practice. It has been exposed that COEMPT scanned the answer sheets using mobile phones.

The blurred copies, the missing pages, the unscanned books - they are not “errors.” They are the predictable outcome of a contract written to fit a vendor.

This is fraud. And every child whose marks were wrongly evaluated is a victim of it.

This morning, the Prime Minister had time to speak about mangoes. He has not had time to speak about 18.5 lakh children whose answer sheets were scanned with phones.

Dharmendra Pradhan ji still sits in office.

Modi ji’s silence is no longer indifference. It is complicity.

जेबकतरों से सावधान - आज वो CBSE के अंदर बैठे हैं। CBSE की गलती से नंबर ग़लत आए तो आपको क्या मिलता है?

एक bill:
Digital scan copy: ₹100/विषय
Re-totalling: ₹100/paper
Re-evaluation: ₹25/सवाल

अपनी ही answer sheet की सही जाँच के लिए एक बच्चे को ₹2000 तक भरने पड़ सकते हैं।

सोचिए, जब 4 लाख बच्चों ने ऐसे आवेदन डालें हैं तो CBSE कितनी कमाई कर रहा है।

जब scanning फ़ोन से हुई हो, ग़लत मार्किंग तय है। और उसे ठीक करवाने की क़ीमत बच्चा भर रहा है।

गलती CBSE की। सज़ा बच्चे की। कमाई सरकार की।

जब शिक्षा को सेवा नहीं, कारोबार बना दिया जाए तब गलती सुधारी नहीं जाती। बढ़ाई जाती है। और इसकी सबसे बड़ी क़ीमत हमारे बच्चे चुका रहे हैं - अपने समय से, अपने आत्मवि��्वास से, और अपने भविष्य से।

Read this story. Carefully.

CBSE called for OSM tenders thrice. Zero bids the first time. No qualified bidder the second time. And finally, the technical bar was lowered until COEMPT could clear it.

Scanning resolution cut. Robotic scanner requirement dropped. CMMI certification lowered from Level 5 to Level 3. Penalties for errors in answer sheets removed.

TCS, India’s biggest IT services company, qualified in the third round too. TCS lost. COEMPT - a company with a spectacular track record of failure - won.

And what are CBSE students complaining about today? Badly scanned answer sheets. Missing pages. A broken evaluation portal.

Teachers had warned CBSE that the OSM system needed at least a year or two for further preparation before nationwide implementation, yet it was rushed through.

So I ask again - who wanted COEMPT to win? Who lowered the bar, step by step, until this company could clear it?

Pradhan ji and CBSE say “due process was followed.” That is not an answer, that is not accountability. The question is whether the contract was honestly awarded to the best company which could do the job correctly.

The futures of 18.5 lakh children were handed to a company that could only qualify after the rules were bent for it.

To the BJP Ministers attacking me for asking questions - I have, from day one, demanded an independent judicial probe. Expand it from CBSE to every contract awarded to COEMPT. Our youth deserve the truth.

And Modi ji, your silence on the CBSE debacle and inaction against the Education Minister tells the country what you actually care about - not the futures of lakhs of students, only the survival of your own government.

दशकों में पहली बार CBSE बोर्ड परीक्षा पर इतने गंभीर सवाल उठे हैं। 18.5 लाख बच्चों ने परीक्षा दी - और एक हफ़्ते से OSM, ग़लत मार्किंग और जाँच की गड़बड़ी की शिकायतें अनसुनी पड़ी हैं और शिक्षा मंत्री अपनी कुर्सी से चिपके हुए हैं।

एक 17 साल का बच्चा, जिसकी कॉपी ग़लत जाँची गई, न्याय की उम��मीद में सोशल मीडिया पर आया।

मगर, उसे मदद नहीं, गालियाँ मिलीं - BJP के IT cell ने उसे “Anti-National” कहा, “Soros का एजेंट” कहा, “Deep State” का हिस्सा कहा।

एक 17 साल का बच्चा अपने भविष्य के लिए आवाज़ उठाता है और यह BJP उसे देशद्रोही बना देती है।

सच यह है - मोदी सरकार युवाओं और Gen Z से डरती है, क्योंकि वो अब सवाल पूछ रहे हैं। और जो सवाल पूछे, उसे यह सरकार बदनाम करती है, डराती है, कुचलती है।

पर सुन लीजिए, मोदी जी - यही युवा, यही Gen-Z आपक�� अहंकार तोड़ेगा।
