@HMRCcustomers I did try calling on numerous occasions but it would say they’ve encountered an error and to call back which is why I came on here. I have called again today and managed to speak to someone who has reissued the code to my employer so 🤞🏼they sort it out.

@HMRCcustomers my new employer has the incorrect tax code for me, the correct one is showing on my account with HRMC and has been since my 1st payslip, it’s been 3 months now and they won’t change it as they haven’t been told by you, I’ve called you numerous times with no avail!

@HMRCcustomers Hi Martin,
The tax code that’s being used is BR however the tax code on my HRMC account is showing 1257L which is correct. The accountant says they haven’t been informed by HRMC and can’t change it until they have or supplied with a P6 form?
